Search assets = CTRL + t

Opens a modal that displays the total number of assets available to search, which includes flows, decision tables, flow tasks, and version tags.

Filtering of search results is also possible. In the search window, you can type

:DT to search for Decision Tables only
:FLOW to search for Flows only
:FLOW_TASK to search for Flow Tasks only
:TAG to search for version tags only

List open assets = CTRL + o

Shows you a list of all assets currently open.

Create new asset = CTRL + n

Brings up the modal window to create a new asset. Enter the name/ID of the asset in the Asset Identifier field, and then select the type of asset you wish to create from the drop-down menu.

Save asset = CTRL + s

Saves the current open asset. NOTE: This is NOT a “save all” button: To ensure that each asset is saved, the save icon should be clicked individually on each asset.

Show references = CTRL + r

Displays a diagram of interconnected circles demonstrating the relationships and links between assets.
